I got bored earlier and was reading through Secret Post #497 over on fandomsecrets. Anyway, I wasn't expecting to find anything about CSI:NY, but I found one (I also read #498, but the ones I found and wanted to comment are from #497).

I generally scroll past anime secrets because I have no fucking idea who it is or why I should care, but this one made me go "OMFG TENCHI!!!1!"

I watched Tenchi when I was in, like, middle school. My brother had it on tape and I watched it and fucking fell in love with it (not that I can even recall most of it now *lol*). I should totally try to find it and buy it somewhere. *lol*

I'm not sure who I shipped Tenchi with (probably Ryoko, just because she was cooler), but I'm pretty sure I thought Ryoko was fucking awesome. :P And I wanted a Ryo-Ohki of my very own. ^_^ [/nerd]

Aaaaanyway, on to the CSI:NY secret: ( Cut for size )

I found a tutorial once in the comm that has a picture on the background and in the foreground, there's a white layer with the use of the rounded rectangle tool showing the picture behind.

I'm sorry for not being specific and not providing an example.

I'm using Photoshop CS, and when I save images they lose their sharpness and "pep". I looked through the memories, and tried adjusting some settings, but I'm not sure what I'm doing, and it didn't appear to help. I also tried saving in different formats, but again, it didn't improve anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?
