New Years Resolutions Update

Well, I haven't actually done this for March and April (I was good, honest!) so I thought I should probably check back over my NYRs and check them. So, here we go!

1) To post here at least once a month, with artwork and/or something creative
Yes! Well, yeah, I think so!

2) To learn a new language, or improve on one of my with-standing ones
I re-glanced over my BSL (British Sign LAnguage) book a-while back...... Does that count??

3) To learn a new word, and use it every day (always wanted to do that one! :-D)
Again, failure...... Although I have used procrastination a lot recently! (Sadly, I already knew (and used) that one!)

4) To tone up - After Christmas, it's not just the turkey that's stuffed!
I guess I got off to a good start..... Now I'm am failing.... I will pick it up again over Spring Break!

5) To save more damn money! Collage is expensive, and I want to buy pretty things for me!!!
Um..... Well, I am actually building my account up - slowly - so yes. But no, because I'm gently draining it - Hey, a girl needs a new wardrobe! (I've had some of my clothes for years, and they no longer fit decently)

6) To finally make up my mind about Uni (Whether I wanna go, or take a gap year) - Completed
This one can come off the list, as I have done that! Yes, I am going to Uni, I've got it narrowed down to a choice of about 6-10, and I know what I want to do afterwards!

7) To pass my AS Levels, with damn good grades, to make my second year easier
Hopefully. Although, with the recent mocks I've done, I'm not too sure....

8-10) (The old favourites) Be nicer to my family, friends, brother, community, enviroment etc etc

Watched the Qatar MotoGP race last night. So. Frickin'. Good!!!! James was amazing, as always, and looked so cute in his new leathers/colours (I honestly did not watch purely for him. Well, 99% didn't! :P)

He came 6th overall just behind Rossi, and just in front of team mate Colin Edwards.The full list went as follows:

Staffordshire actually offer a Crime Scene House, where you can work actually crime scenes! How exciting! Only problem is, it's looking like I'm definetly gonna have to move away *sob* Which I don't really want to do, I'm so afraid! Only a year left at home, with my parents, before I only see them once a month or something! How scary!!!

'Skins' is a British teen drama, all about the good, and bad, parts of teen life. Yes, that means lots of sex, drugs, parties - all the normal, everyday parts of British teenage life - ~~not.~~

But, it amuses me, and I watch avidly (mostly on YouTube, since it's on at a crabby time *sniffle*) and it has re-awaken my love for it. And, with it, re-awakened a love for the character of Maxxie! Yay! *dances* And, that brings me to my newest love, Mitch Hewer, who plays Maxxie. *drool* How anyone manages to not fall in love with him is a mystery! And, to prove my point ~~and because I like to look at him~~, here is photographic evidence!

I have now hit my exam term! Argh!!! Now I have to do revision, and freak out, and socialise, and freak out, and revise, and I've got 15 weeks to do that! Gah!

I don't like exams, they freak me out. So, I'm predicted between an A and a C in my classes, but you can guareentee them to fall two grades, because I get so nervous, I forget everything! What am I gonna do!!!!?????

Livejournal hates me. It's official. It's been playing up all day, and now - it won't let me have anLJ cut! I may have top-secret-lj-cut-information to share with the world, and livejournal won't let me. Know why? Because it's mean!

Livejournal mucks up your spelling as well. Which is why it takes me almost an hour to post naything. Bad livejournal....

New Years Resolutions!

Ok, so I thought I'd get these out of the way, so I can concentrate on ~~breaking~~ keeping them!

Wish me luck! :-D

1) To post here at least once a month, with artwork and/or something creative
2) To learn a new language, or improve on one of my with-standing ones
3) To learn a new word, and use it every day (always wanted to do that one! :-D)
4) To tone up - After Christmas, it's not just the turkey that's stuffed!
5) To save more damn money! Collage is expensive, and I want to buy pretty things for me!!!
6) To finally make up my mind about Uni (Whether I wanna go, or take a gap year)

Hey everyone, hope you all had an awesome Christmas, and are gearing up for a super cool start to 2008!!!

Not much has been happaning in Chez Jemma. I finally have Wet2Straight straightners, so I nerver have to suffer from 6 hour drying/straightning sessions, or afro hair again! Ha-rah! :-D

Also, I discovered NCIS, and am loving it (and DiNozzo) so am watchign every vid and episode I can get my hands on! Yay for Youtube!!! :-P Also, gonna say a big thank you to leathers for my gorgeous Tony icon << and for another one. You can find her sites in my comments for each icon (trust me, you'll see 'em a lot).

So, this was really just a general post, to say hey, and HAppy New Year!!! Keep tuned in to see my attempt at Unbreakable New Years Resolutions (should be a laugh) and party hard! See '08 in with style! :-D
